| Resumen: | Este estudio se realizó, con el fin de investigar la metodología de gestión de proyectos del PMI, específicamente la guía del PMBOK, para su aplicación en la gerencia de Mipymes constructoras. El problema de esta investigación consistió en encontrar los aspectos más importantes de la gestión de proyectos y como los gerentes direccionan estos mismos; se realizó la búsqueda de información bibliográfica y se confronto con todos los aspectos encontrados en entrevistas realizadas a tres gerentes de Mipymes de cómo realizan la gestión de proyectos. |
| Abstract: | This study was carried out with the purpose of investigating the project management methodology of the PMI, specifically the PMBOK guide, for its application in the management of Mipymes constructors. The problem with this investigation was to find the most important aspects of project management and how managers direct these; The search for bibliographic information was carried out and it was confronted with all the aspects found in interviews with three Mipymes managers about how they carry out project management. |
