| Resumen: | En este trabajo se presenta un plan de gestión de riesgos en los laboratorios clínicos, dada la importancia de las actividades que realiza la empresa caso de estudio, teniendo en cuenta que aunque toda la prestación del servicio se realiza con el propósito de beneficiar al paciente, se comprende que todo proceso lleva implícito un cierto grado de inseguridad; mayor aún en la asociación de todos los procesos, que generan un complejo de valor para el paciente además de la tecnológica, las interacciones y el propio entorno en el que se realicen favorecen el riesgo de eventos adversos y/o incidentes. |
| Abstract: | In this work, a risk management plan is presented in clinical laboratories, given the importance of the activities carried out by the case study company, taking into account that although all the service provision is carried out with the purpose of benefiting the patient, it is understood that any process implicitly involves a certain degree of insecurity; even greater in the association of all the processes, which generate a complex of value for the patient as well as the technological one, the interactions and the environment in which they are carried out favor the risk of adverse events and / or incidents. |
