| Resumen: | Plan estratégico dirigido a la compañía con el fin de brindar una herramienta gerencial que permita alinear el área comercial, productiva y financiera. Con el fin de que el proceso manufacturero de la compañía sea mucho más controlado y eficiente, haciendo uso de diferentes herramientas tales como proyecciones de ventas, consumos de materia prima proyectados, estrategias financieras con el fin de tener mejor flujo de caja, recomendaciones de compras y otras. |
| Abstract: | Strategic plan aimed at the company in order to provide a managerial tool to align the commercial, productive and financial area. In order that the manufacturing process of the company is much more controlled and efficient, making use of different tools such as sales projections, projected raw material consumption, financial strategies in order to have better cash flow, purchasing recommendations and others. |
