| Resumen: | El presente trabajo da a conocer las principales estrategias de competitividad que se aplicaron durante el periodo de crisis 2014 hasta el 2016, donde se muestra el desarrollo de los capítulos exponiendo los hechos más importantes de la industria en Colombia como: las principales causas del inicio de la caída del precio del barril, el uso de las estrategias para una mayor competitividad en el mercado y el planteamiento de posibles estrategias. |
| Abstract: | The present work discloses the main strategies of competitiveness that were applied during the period of crisis 2014 until 2016, where the development of the chapters is shown exposing the most important facts of the industry in Colombia as: the main causes of the beginning of the fall in the price of the barrel, the use of strategies for greater competitiveness in the market and the approach of possible strategies. |
