| Resumen: | El propósito de este documento es realizar un estudio del estado del arte con el fin de indagar sobre el tema de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación y la gestión del talento humano, ya que hoy en día con la homogeneidad de los mercados, el desarrollo de tecnologías de punta y la competitividad organizacional, la gerencia del talento humano tiene como reto crear herramientas y/o estrategias que le permitan desarrollar los procesos internos y externos sin afectar el clima laboral. Se encontró que los países que más han publicado sobre esta temática son Estados Unidos, Reino Unido y Australia, Colombia se ubica en el puesto cincuenta y uno (51). |
| Abstract: | The purpose of this document is to conduct a study of the state of the art in order to investigate the issue of information and communication technologies and the management of human talent, since nowadays with the homogeneity of the markets, the development of cutting-edge technologies and organizational competitiveness, the management of human talent has the challenge of creating tools and strategies that allow you to develop internal and external processes without affecting the work environment. Countries that have been published on this subject in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia, Colombia is ranked fifty-one (51). |
