Resumen:	El trabajo de grado que se desarrolla a continuación, se basa en la reestructuración comercial administrativa de la empresa Armonía y Color Decoraciones S.A.S., la cual es una empresa que se dedica a la fabricación y comercialización de productos para la decoración y cubrimiento de ventanas, la finalidad al llevar a cabo este proyecto es plantear diferentes propuestas para el mejoramiento de la organización, estas propuestas son planteadas en el área comercial y administrativa con el fin de mejorar y de generar una mayor competitividad frente al mercado. Para el desarrollo del primer capítulo, se aborda una investigación enfocada al análisis del entorno, con el fin de reconocer como es el comportamiento del sector en la ciudad de Bogotá, D.C., como también, un análisis interno de la organización sobre sus áreas funcionales y su participación actual en el mercado. Para ello se utilizaron herramientas como el análisis PESTAL, el cual permitió reconocer los principales aspectos externos que afectan al desarrollo de la empresa además del análisis de las fuerzas de Porter para realizar una caracterización del sector y por último se realizó el diagnóstico empresarial de la Cámara de Comercio para luego poder desarrollar la matriz DOFA.
Abstract:	The degree work that is developed next, is based on the administrative commercial restructuring of the company Armonía y Color Decoraciones S.A.S., which is a company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of products for decorating and covering windows, the purpose in carrying out this project is to propose different proposals for the improvement of the organization, these proposals are raised in the commercial and administrative area in order to improve and generate greater competitiveness against the market. For the development of the first chapter, a research focused on the analysis of the environment is addressed, in order to recognize how is the behavior of the sector in the city of Bogotá, DC, as well as an internal analysis of the organization on its functional areas and your current participation in the market. For this, tools such as the PESTAL analysis were used, which allowed to recognize the main external aspects that affect the development of the company, in addition to the analysis of Porter's forces to carry out a characterization of the sector and, finally, the business diagnosis of the Chamber was made of Commerce to later be able to develop the SWOT matrix.
