Resumen:	La reestructuración técnico administrativa de la empresa Europlast, S.A.S., se realizó un diagnóstico para reconocer la situación actual del subsector de calzado y de la organización, para ellos se utilizaron herramientas como el análisis PESTAL y caracterización del sector para proponer estrategias por medio de la matriz DOFA, en donde se evidencia oportunidades de crecimiento para la organización. En el estudio técnico se estudiaron las cinco referencias más significativas en ventas y proyección de la organización, se obtuvieron disminuciones considerables de tiempos estándar que permitieron aprovechar la capacidad instalada de la organización. En el estudio administrativo se definió la planeación estratégica, su estructura organizacional y se definió a su vez las actividades de talento humano. Por último, en el estudio financiero se analizo por medio de un flujo de caja diferencial el impacto de la reestructuración obteniendo un VPN de $31.749.664 COP por lo tanto se considera factible y viable.
Abstract:	The technical and administrative restructuring of the company Europlast, SAS, a diagnosis was made to recognize the current situation of the footwear subsector and the organization, for them tools such as PESTAL analysis and characterization of the sector were used to propose strategies through the matrix SWOT, where growth opportunities are evidenced for the organization. In the technical study, the five most significant references in sales and projection of the organization were studied, considerable reductions of standard times were obtained that allowed to take advantage of the installed capacity of the organization. In the administrative study, strategic planning was defined, its organizational structure and human talent activities were defined in turn. Finally, in the financial study, the impact of the restructuring was analyzed through a differential cash flow, obtaining a NPV of COP 31,749,664, therefore it is considered feasible and viable.
