Resumen:	El presente proyecto se realizó con el objetivo de desarrollar una reestructuración técnico administrativa en la empresa Incarpas LTDA., para identificar las falencias de su estado actual y poder diseñar estrategias que ayuden a un mejor proceso operacional, administrativo y posicionamiento en el mercado, aumentando la calidad del servicio. Se realizó un diagnóstico externo del sector utilizando la herramienta de análisis PESTAL, luego se complementó con la herramienta de autodiagnóstico de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá y se desarrolló un análisis DOFA, donde se relacionaron los aspectos de mayor impacto que afectan a la organización. Posteriormente se desarrolló el estudio técnico en el cual se realizó un estudio de tiempos aplicando las herramientas de ingeniería de métodos, identificando ciertos inconvenientes en el flujo de materiales y de información evidenciados en el manejo de cada actividad. En el estudio administrativo se diseñó un nuevo plan estratégico para la empresa, que permitieron mejorar los canales de comunicación y el orden de los procesos de acuerdo a las jerarquías establecidas y a los objetivos planteados. Por último, se efectuó el estudio financiero para I LTDA., teniendo en cuenta las propuestas de mejoras técnicas y administrativas, logrando obtener una disminución en sus costos y gastos de $ 142.822.542 para los próximos 5 años, siendo viable la reestructuración propuesta, con una inversión de $9.162.000.
Abstract:	The present project was carried out with the objective of developing a restructuring administrative technician in the company Incarpas LTDA., to identify the flaws of their current state and to be able to design strategies that help to improve operational process, administrative and positioning in the market, increasing the quality of service. An external diagnosis of the sector was made using the analysis tool PESTAL, then complemented with the self-diagnostic tool of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and a SWOT analysis was developed, where They related the aspects of greatest impact that affect the organization. Subsequently, the technical study was carried out in which a study of times applying method engineering tools, identifying certain inconveniences in the flow of materials and information evidenced in the management of each activity. In the administrative study, a new strategic plan for the company was designed, that allowed to improve the communication channels and the order of the processes according to the established hierarchies and the objectives set. Lastly, the financial study for I LTDA was carried out, taking into account the proposals for technical and administrative improvements, achieving a decrease in costs and expenses of $ 142,822,542 for the next 5 years, the proposed restructuring being viable, with an investment of $ 9,162,000.
