| Resumen: | Se evalúa técnico financieramente el uso de la Unidad Flush By, capaz de homologar el trabajo de la Unidad Coiled Tubing, en conjunto con Tubería HolloRod mejor conocida como Varilla Hueca funcionando como Sarta de Trabajo para la inyección de fluido que permita el lavado de arena de pozos inyectores en el Campo Casabe.Una vez definido el proceso, se realizó el análisis de la mecánica de fluidos y tiempos operativos de la Unidad Flush By, para luego realizar la comparativa con la Unidad Coiled Tubing, obteniendo resultados satisfactorios en las variables operativas de las caídas de presión y tiempos de operación. |
| Abstract: | The use of the Flush By Unit, capable of homologizing the work of the Coiled Tubing Unit, in conjunction with HolloRod Pipe better known as Hollow Rod is being used as a task for fluid injection, is technically evaluated, that allows the washing of sand from wells injectors in Campo Casabe. Once the process was defined, the analysis of the fluid mechanics and operating times of the Flush By Unit was carried out, in order to then compare it with the Coiled Tubing Unit, obtaining satisfactory results in the operational variables of the pressure drops and times of operation. |
