Resumen:	El presente proyecto de investigación está compuesto metodológicamente por una etapa exploratoria que se fundamenta en una búsqueda exhaustiva de información con el fin de identificar el sector textil y el sector confección en términos económicos, sociales, legales y logísticos; es por ello que se inicia con una caracterización de los sectores. Seguido de ello, la investigación es guiada por una búsqueda de información secundaria en términos de modelos logísticos y de integración en red de valor con el fin de realizar una extracción factorial de modelos teóricos reconocidos a nivel mundial que sean aplicables al modelo que será desarrollado transversalmente en la investigación. Continuando con esta fase investigativa se realizan tres estudios de caso por medio de triangulación; de dos casos de éxito a nivel mundial que se encuentran en el top en cuanto a Supply Chain se refiere (INDITEX y H&M) y un caso de éxito a nivel mundial de una compañía que se esfuerza día a día para realizar prácticas formidables en el país por destacar en términos de Supply Chain (Arturo Calle). Esto tendrá como fin extraer factores y buenas prácticas que permitirán al modelo estructurarse de forma más robusta y compleja.
Abstract:	The present research project is composed methodologically by an exploratory stage that is based on an exhaustive search of information in order to identify the textile sector and the clothing sector in economic, social, legal and logistic terms; that is why it starts with a characterization of the sectors. Following this, the research is guided by a secondary information search in terms of logistic models and integration in value network in order to perform a factorial extraction of theoretical models recognized worldwide that are applicable to the model that will be developed transversally on the research. Continuing with this research phase, three case studies are carried out through triangulation; of two success stories worldwide that are in the top in terms of supply chain (INDITEX and H&M) and a case of worldwide success of a company that strives every day to perform formidable practices in the country for standing out in terms of Supply Chain (Arturo Calle). This will aim to extract factors and good practices that will allow the model to be structured in a more robust and complex way.
