| Resumen: | La implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad basado en la norma NTC ISO 9001:2015 se llevó a cabo en la empresa Ingecrom LTDA., para dar inicio se diseña y se aplica un diagnóstico donde se identificó un bajo grado de conformidad frente a los requisitos de norma por medio de una matriz y se establecieron los pasos a seguir para el proceso de implementación. Se analiza el marco estratégico donde se reestructuró acorde al mercado y nuevos procesos. Para el plan de implementación se establecieron roles y responsabilidades a cargo de un comité de calidad, durante la sensibilización y formación del personal se evaluaron sus conocimientos y su aplicabilidad referente al marco estratégico y la norma. |
| Abstract: | The implementation of the Quality Management System based on the norm NTC ISO 9001: 2015 was carried out in the company Ingecrom LTDA., to start the design and a diagnosis was applied where a low degree of conformity was identified in front of the standard requirements through a matrix and the steps to follow for the implementation process were established. The strategic framework is analyzed where it was restructured according to the market and new processes. For the implementation plan, roles and responsibilities were established by a quality committee. During the awareness and training of the staff, their knowledge and applicability regarding the strategic framework and the norm were evaluated. |
