| Resumen: | En el presente trabajo se proponen ciertas estrategias de cobertura de riesgo que pueden llegar a asumir las compañías operadoras de petróleos, con el fin de que estas estén preparadas para próximas crisis que se pueden llegar a presentar, similares a las que se está viviendo en la actualidad. Con el fin de lograr esto, inicialmente se explican algunos conceptos básicos de cómo funciona el mercado petrolero y algunos de los factores que lo afectan. Con lo cual se obtiene un mayor entendimiento y así mismo se presenta las posibles estrategias de cobertura de riesgo ante la alta volatilidad de los precios del petróleo, con sus respectivos análisis. |
| Abstract: | In the present document are proposed some strategies of risk coverage that could be taken by oil producer companies, in order that these kind of companies will be prepared for next oil crisis that could be occurring in the future, that could be similar to the one that nowadays we are experiencing. In order to obtain this. Firstly, we will explain some basic concepts of how the oil market works and some of the factors that affect it. Knowing this, the readers will obtain a great understanding about it, and after that, we will present the possible strategies of risk coverage against the high volatility of oil prices, with their respective analysis. |
