dc.description.abstractEn el siguiente trabajo, se exponen las dificultades por las que pasa el puerto marítimo de barranquilla, y por la cual se escoge como área de intervención para generar y desarrollar un plan parcial de renovación y rehabilitación donde a través de polígonos de acciones de competitividad. Además de vincular los factores ambientales, sociales y culturales propios de la región, dando solución óptima y con un carácter económico importante desde las características logísticas, industriales y empresariales, y educativo por medio de la capacitación de sus habitantes, que potencialicen el territorio, siendo el punto de partida para la creación de un modelo de ciudad, basado en su eficacia, innovación y proyección.es_CO
