| Resumen: | La empresa Albateq S.A procesa vísceras, menudencias, plumas y sangre, procedentes de una central de sacrificio avícola, las cuales son materia prima para la fabricación de harina, donde en el proceso de transformación se genera un alto porcentaje de agua residual, la cual está siendo tratada en la PTAR de la misma empresa, pero con el tiempo se han venido observando falencias específicamente en el tratamiento secundario debido al incremento de caudal y carga orgánica del agua, por tanto, se ha propuesto evaluar la implementación de un sistema de clarificación previo al tratamiento microbiológico que hay actualmente. |
| Abstract: | The company Albateq SA processes viscera, giblets, feathers and blood, from a poultry slaughtering central, which are raw material for the manufacture of flour, where in the process of transformation a high percentage of residual water is generated, which is Being treated in the WWTP of the same company, but with time have been observed specifically failures in secondary treatment due to the increase in flow and organic load of water, therefore, it has been proposed to evaluate the implementation of a prior clarification system To the microbiological treatment that exists today. |
